Parents sponsorship

What are some of the thoughts that come to your mind while
deciding on Immigrating to a new country??

Parent and Grandparent Family Class Sponsorship

This type of sponsorship allows a Canadian citizen or permanent resident to bring his or her parents or grandparents to Canada. Applicants must prove that they can financially support their parent or grandparent according to the Minimum Necessary Income (MNI) requirement and agree to support any family members that they choose to sponsor. If Canadian citizens or permanent residents are not able to support their parents and grandparents under the above visa conditions, they can help them attain a long-term multiple-entry visa called the Super Visa. To do this, applicants must count as a parent or grandparent of a Canadian permanent resident or citizen and possess medical insurance from a qualifying Canadian insurance company.

Dependent Child Sponsorship

Canada’s Child Sponsorship program allows permanent residents and citizens to bring their biological or adopted children to Canada. These children must be under the age of 22, unmarried, and may not have children of their own. Children above the age of 22 could be considered dependent if they have a severe physical or mental health condition that hinders their ability to support themselves.

At HOI, we understand that spousal and family cases are important and critical. Our licensed experts can provide you with guidance to apply for Canadian Family Sponsorship Visa.
